WHO WE ARE

The Wisconsin Wolfpack Baseball Club was established as a vehicle to develop well rounded men and women through the great game of baseball. We covet eternal values of dedication, respect, commitment, loyalty and love for one another. We promote athletic and personal development through servant leadership, knowing that no great successful person, team, business or organization got to where they are without the help of others. We use the "Give a man a fish or Teach him to fish" concept to development that allows for members to LEARN it, take OWNERSHIP in it and EMBRACE it so they can use it the rest of their lives and pass it down. That's SERVICE. That's leading from the front. 

THE WOLFPACK MENTALITY

​Nothing comes before TEAM. We know that nothing can be accomplished without the help of others. Every member of the PACK has a job, duty and a function. The success of the PACK relies on every member doing his or her job.

STANDARDS

Our standards are what we hold each other accountable to.

We don't have a set of rules per se. We have a STANDARD; We set the BAR and there is an expectation that every single day we strive to stay above the bar. 


INSPIRATIONS

  • "It's only Impossible until somebody does it"
  • Results are Temporary but your commitment, loyalty, work ethic and passion for this team is forever. 
  • Be Comfortable at being Uncomfortable. That's where Growth thrives. 
  • Discipline is what kicks in when Motivation Runs Out.
  • If nobody cares who gets the credit, we can do AMAZING things.
  • If your Presence doesn't make an IMPACT, your absence won't make a difference.

Stay Off the scoreboard; Stay Onto each other. Things like the scoreboard are Momentum related. Momentum comes and goes. Your dedication and love for each other stays constant.
