Important:
Keep in mind, many organizations may have tryouts at the same time. Many will give you a 48 hour window to make a commitment to hold your spot. Many will demand a non-refundable deposit. Our suggestion is to go with your gut, talk to as many people that have been in the organization as you can and get their feedback. Find the program that is the right fit for you. Some have great facilities and poor coaching. Some have average facilities and great coaching. Some have so much travel involved that the program fee is just a drop in the bucket compared to thousands in transportation, hotel and meal expenses over a 12 weekend summer season.
Please feel free to contact our Director (Josh 608-790-4558) with any questions you may have that can better assist you in your decisions.

Tryout Results:
Immediately after tryouts we will start our selection process for each age group. The entire selection process does take up to 3 weeks to complete due to private tryouts for players that were unable to attend open tryouts. Our team selection process works in phases. Some players may get an invitation in the first day or two, while some may get an invitation up to 3 weeks after tryouts. The objective is to fill a few spots early on to get a solid start to each team and then complete the rosters once we have the chance to see all players interested in the program to be fair to all that tryout.
Team Invitations will include further details for our 2024-25 program at each age division and the process to accept your invitation to our 2025 Wisconsin Wolfpack Program.
There are many variables that go into our selection process. If you do not get an invitation that does not define who you are. We understand it may be disappointing to you, but we don't want you to lose the love for the game and the desire to be the best you can be. If it's a "NO" that does not mean "NEVER", it only means "Not Right Now".
Some variables in selections include: we were not able to carry 3 first basemen on the team or we needed a little more speed to compliment the slower power hitters that were selected. We understand that this is a complex decision for us and for the families so it does take some time to play out. If any of you are in a time crunch and need to make a decision between options, reach out to me if you have not heard anything and I will do my best to help in any way I can in your decision for your family.
